| I actually miss all my students this year. It just occurred to me that I said good-bye to them too fast, as I had quickly guided them right out once the bell rang for 6th period and shut the door right when the last student stepped out.
However, I'm happy to take with me the memory of the last week of school, especially the day our village went to Memorial Park. The math/science teacher, Corinna, and I were so impressed with the organization of the party because the students planned it themselves. 100% pure student planned. They had a social committee who planned all the activities and food, they took on the responsibility of getting the equipment for the activities, they gathered at each other's houses to fill water balloons, and they unselfishly contributed to the party fund. All we had to do was walk them there, maintain crowd control, get a tan, and walk them back; No accidents or injuries, no missing students.
Yes, I actually walked there. I led, all 68 of them, while Corinna took the rear. I think I only lasted because of pure adrenaline due to insanity and chaos; getting the wild bunch to the park safely, through De Anza College inconspicuously, and getting them back to school before it let out.
The winner of the "most frequently used word of the day" was............... "NO"
before the park: students: "are we riding in your car?" me: "no"
students: "are we leaving now?" me: "no"
students: "can we ride our waveboards there?" me: "no"
on the way to the park: student: "are we there yet?" me: "no"
student: "can I listen to my ipod on the way there? me: "no...it's like putting on earphones while driving"
student: "can I ride my waveboard?" me: "noooo."
student: "are we eating soon?" me: "no"
through De Anza: students: "can we wave hi to those people?" me: "no"
student: "can I tell them I love them?" me: "no??!!!"
at the park: student: "are we getting lunch now? me: "no"
student: "can we squirt you and Ms. Chung? me: "no"
getting lunch at The Oaks: students: "can we get ice cream now?" me: "no....get real food"
students: "can we go flirt with those high school girls?" me: "NOoooooo!"
I'll miss them, but they'll be at the same school for two more years. I'm looking forward to seeing them grow (literally) and mature into wonderful teenagers.

| Great job! Love you all 8 count! 4 months of hard practice, fun fellowship, and intimate prayer and accountability. That was the best 71/2 minutes! All for the glory of God!

| A while ago, Doctor rebuked me for my lack of exercising and stubborn refusal to exercise, then confirmed and reassured (multiple times) that participating in active activities will not make me skinnier, but healthier. And so after months of avoiding the truth...I am now part of with fellow friend and workout buddy jocelyn
looking forward to: using my ipodnano (finally) attempting to survive in one of grace's hard cardio classes making use of what I paid for....hopefully
